Varun Nambiar is a seasoned and accomplished sales leader managing Fusion cloud applications business at Oracle UAE. With an impressive career spanning over 15 years in the technology sector, a true technology enthusiast, Varun is passionate about harnessing the power of technology for innovation and growth. Varun works closely with CXOs’ in the region as a Digital Transformation advisor and has played a pivotal role in supporting clients within the real estate and construction sectors to embark on their cloud transformation journey. Deyaar Development PJSC, Diamond Developers, National Engineering Bureau and Intermass Engineering and Contracting are few of his recent strategic engagements. Varun is an Electronics Engineer from University of Mumbai with an MBA in Marketing from the renowned S P Jain School of Global Management.

Abdel Halim Ahmed is Regional Head for the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, and leads the Technology Business for GEP, based out of Abu Dhabi, UAE. Halim brings over 16 years of regional experience in procurement and spend management technology, digital transformation, and regional/local laws of procurement in the Middle East. In the last 10 years, he has focused on supporting large enterprises through their procurement transformation journeys.

Halim completed his master’s degree with a specialization in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He also has a bachelor’s degree in physics from UAE University.

Raina is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in leading global, cross-functional teams to drive transformation and deliver large-scale savings objectives. Over the past 10 years, she has played a key role in several strategic procurement initiatives and has experience across a range of geographies, including the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Raina is currently a Senior Director, Consulting Services at GEP partnering closely with procurement and supply chain leaders driving digital-led transformation with ‘fit to purpose’ solutions across industries.
